As you know, the rising cost of raw materials and inflation has affected  the cost of roofing supplies and our everyday items in society. Also, recent storm activity across the U.S. has placed additional demand on the supply. As displayed in the above letters from the top three roofing material manufacturers in the U.S., they have already begun implementing price increases.  

Taking this into consideration, Black Owned Roofing Company Quote has issued a price increase as of September 6, 2024. All prior bids, estimates and proposals submitted before the date stated above without a signed contract/down payment, is subject to a price increase. 

However, we are actively negotiating with our suppliers on each individual job to receive the best material pricing available.
