We’re reaching out to inform you about important updates from leading roofing manufacturers due to tariffs:

CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase on residential roofing products starting April 1st, 2025.
Owens Corning has also confirmed a 7-10% increase on all shingle and roofing accessory products on April 1st, 2025.
IKO will also be implementing price increase of 6-10% for residential roofing products and accessories on April 1st, 2025.
GAF is implementing a price increase of 6-10% on all residential roofing products, effective April 1, 2025, including new construction and builder/multi-family business.
